    Surviving Workplace Bullying

    Workplace bullying affects over 60% of employees at some point during their career and has detrimental effects on both employees and employers. On September 10, 2019, learn how to recognize the early warning signs of bullying and actionable strategies to intervene at every step of the escalation process. Be the "Human" resource for your employees and build productive work cultures through processes that ensure emotional safety.

    Sonja Stooss is an HR professional with Whirlpool in Benton Harbor and has 15 years of HR experience working with all levels of the organization. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Oakland University and a Master’s degree from Wayne State University in Dispute Resolution. Sonja is passionate about creating emotionally safe workplaces in which employees can thrive and fulfill their own career paths.
