    Participants will learn how to implement practical options in the US business immigration system to identify and sponsor foreign worker candidates for key position openings. In addition, we will review critical immigration concepts and terminology, leading to a more strategic approach to accessing foreign talent pools in the US.

    Christian Allen is a seasoned Immigration Attorney and the founder/owner of AMS Global Immigration, PC. Chris has more than 30 years of experience assisting companies and individuals with all aspects of the U.S. immigration and corporate compliance process. He is a former Adjunct Professor at Oakland University, teaching Immigration Law for the Legal Assistant Program for more than a dozen years, and is a frequent presenter on the topic to business and HR groups.

    Chris has two teenage kids, one of whom is learning to drive and another who just joined the football team. In what little free time is left, he enjoys gardening and yardwork, and hates cooking but loves mixing cocktails!
