    Post-65 Considerations: Dive into considerations for employees transitioning to post-65 benefits.

    Weighing the Value of Cost-Savings vs. Disruption: Learn how to balance cost savings with the potential disruption to employees, ensuring decisions align with organizational goals and employee needs.

    Brenden is responsible for connecting with various organizations, helping educate employers on Lockton, and determining how or if we can help them. He works with Lockton’s service teams to help create and execute clients’ long-term strategies for their insurance, employee benefits, total rewards and risk management programs.  Brenden lives in Grand Rapids, is married, and recently adopted a rescue dog.  He enjoys fitness, snowboarding, and socializing with friends and family.

    In partnership with his clients, Rob delivers strategic benefit plans and commercial risk solutions that align with their corporate culture.  He takes extraordinary pride in his ability to understand the challenges that every company faces.  This enables him to collaborate with his clients to develop insurance programs that advance their organizational goals.  Rob began his career in operations with a major healthcare provider and has over 20 years of experience in the field, developing his knowledge from the ground up.
