Bridging Generational Gaps in the Workplace

    w/

    Cindy Miller

Are you grappling with the challenges of bridging generational gaps in your workplace? Do you feel the disconnect between team members from diverse age groups? In today’s multi-generational workforce, understanding and appreciating the distinct perspectives of each generation is crucial for fostering a harmonious and productive environment, particularly in the areas of communication, work ethic, and feedback.

Based on Tim Elmore's bestselling book, A New Kind of Diversity: Making the Generations on Your Team a Competitive Advantage, this engaging one-hour presentation discusses the distinct perspectives of each current generation in the workforce (Baby Boomers through Gen Z) and empowers attendees with actionable strategies for connecting with team members rather than clashing with them.

Cindy teaches people how to have incredible results at work with people.  Her mission is to empower leaders to cultivate trust, resilience and growth, ensuring challenges are faced with grace and every person feels valued.  Cindy achieves this mission by offering a variety of solutions to effect change in the workplace, including targeted training and coaching for behaviors people can apply immediately. Her specialties for leading change in your leadership and business culture include a certification in behavior DISC methods, a license to use the John C. Maxwell suite of products, and numerous communication and leadership courses that get results.

On a personal note, she prefers a book over a Kindle and Star Wars over Star Trek, supports chocolate being its own food group, and commits to leaving others feeling happier and more inspired about what they can achieve than they felt before working with her.

***Please be aware that any in-person registration received after Thursday, March 6th will be subject to an additional $10 late fee.***
