At mock interviews, you will be given a list of questions and clients will rotate through the interviewers.  You will spend approximately 15 minutes with each candidate and help them hone their interview skills.

At employer panel events, you will present to the group what an employer looks for in an employee.  This includes tips regarding the interview process, for example:  body language, how well prepared are they, how they dress etc. 

Next, you'll give tips for how employees should act after hiring, for example: what you look for in a successful employee; what can they do to keep a job, be successful and move up in the company.
